• You'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools for motion design, illustration, and image generation to push creative boundaries.

• Using the latest AI tools you'll dramatically speed up creative production.

• You’ll seek out opportunities to add joy, surprise, and delight across the product—from illustrations and motion to micro interactions that make people smile.

• You’ll use motion and visual design not just for decoration, but to guide, teach, and reward.

• You’ll collaborate tightly with product designers, engineers, and the founding team to identify high-impact moments in the user journey.

• Your portfolio doesn’t include at least three real-world digital products or experiences where your contribution added joy, clarity, or emotional impact.

• Your work is mostly conceptual or illustrative with no context of how it performed in product.

• You lack experience with the latest AI tools for motion design, illustration, and image generation.
